EHRs

Every patient in your repository has an EHR — a container for all their clinical records, folder structure, and change history. The EHRs section is where you inspect, navigate, and audit that data directly.

The EHRs section lists all health records stored in Atomik. For each EHR you can see its ID, creation date, and the patient it belongs to. The EHR details view adds a contribution timeline — a visual record of every change made to that patient's record — with drill-down access to each contribution's contents and audit log.

A contribution is the container of each change to a patient's EHR — all the objects added or modified in that commit, plus the corresponding audit records. When you need to answer "who changed this record, when, from which system, and why?", the contribution is where that answer lives.
